About the name
From fealty, the oath of loyalty a vassal swears. Pronounced fee-AL-tuh. Compliance here is a living pledge. Evidence stays true to the framework the company swore to keep.
We build for teams whose deals stall on “send us your SOC 2,” and for teams that already passed once and need the proof to still hold in June. The product is agents, a locker, and a read-only room for the assessor you retain.

SSO on Court. Role-based seats. Break-glass is time-boxed and logged. Customer environment credentials are secrets; they are not stored as locker artifacts.

Public posture. Request reports under NDA. Keep and Court include a hosted trust page you can send to buyers: frameworks in scope, last collection timestamps, and a request form.

Privacy
Effective 13 August 2026. Fealta processes account data (name, work email, company) to run the service and answer walkthrough requests. We process evidence from connected systems to fill the locker, draft reports, and watch controls.
Customer environment credentials are secrets. They are used to collect evidence and are stored encrypted, separate from locker artifacts. We do not sell personal data.
You may request access or deletion of account data at [email protected]. Evidence deletion follows the DPA and the retention you set in the workspace. Hosting regions are listed under residency and subprocessors.
Default region is US-East. Court may pin US or EU. Browser-collected screenshots and API payloads stay in the pinned region.
Terms
Effective 13 August 2026. Fealta is the service described on this site: agents, locker, monitoring, questionnaires, and trust pages. Annual fees for Vow ($6,000) and Keep ($18,000) are billed in advance. Court is scoped in an order form. Implementation is a separate statement of work.
You retain your assessor and your counsel. Fealta supplies evidence and drafts. You are responsible for the accuracy of policies you upload and for approving break-glass grants.
Either party may end a term at renewal. During a paid term, locker export is available to Owner seats. For questions on these terms write [email protected].
